Mark Greenberg
Director & Founder
Mark is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in Accounting, General Management, Banking, Property, Direct Private Lending and Funds Management. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University, an MBA from the Melbourne Business School, and Diplomas of Financial Services and Financial Planning.
Having worked in Corporate & Business Banking (managing $300M+ portfolios), as well as owning and developing many properties directly, Mark is perfectly suited to advising clients on commercial and residential property-related transactions. Mark specialises in sourcing and managing debt and equity for property development transactions for clients of Lambert Capital.
Kai Yu
Associate Director
Kai joined Lambert Capital with over 10 years’ experience in the property development and finance industry.
His background in project/development management, quantity surveying and business development, combined with managing commercial real estate debt investments, adds to the mix of expertise within the Lambert Capital Group.
Kai holds a Bachelor of Environments (Architecture) and Master of Construction Management (Cost Management) from Melbourne University, and a Graduate Certificate of Finance from Macquarie University.
ASHANI JAYARATHNA
FINANCE MANAGER
Ashani joined Lambert Capital with over 10 years’ experience in the Property Development, Construction, Accounting and Auditing industry.
Her background in Project Accounting, Commercial Property Analysis, Financial Modelling, Reporting and Business Process Improvements, further complements the Funds Management and Loan Management expertise within the Lambert Capital Property Credit Fund.
Ashani is a CPA, and an Associate Management Accountant of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants. She also holds a Masters of Professional Accounting from Central Queensland University and a Certificate in Business Accounting from CIMA.
RITU MULCHANDANI
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Ritu manages the day-to-day financial reporting for the Lambert Capital Group.
With nearly a decade of experience in Accounting, Auditing and Banking, she brings a professional approach to deliver timely financial information and reporting for Borrower Clients and Investors within the Fund.
Ritu is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Certified Forensic Accountant, with a commerce degree in Accounting & Finance, and Diploma in Information Systems Audits.
Gaurav Meghani
Senior Accountant
Gaurav is an ex-banker, who oversees the bookkeeping function at Lambert Capital.
Gaurav works closely with the team (and our external Accountants) to ensure the accuracy and compliance of all reporting to investors shareholders and statutory authorities.
He holds a Master of Business in Finance, a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance, a Bachelor of Laws, and has earned honors in Economics.

Bronson Ritterman
Director & Investment Committee Member
Bronson has been a long-term co-investor with the Lambert Capital Group through his current role as Head of Property at the Thorney Investment Group.
Since 2014, he has run the property division at Thorney, with a prime focus on private sector property investment in debt & equity projects, across all sectors.
Prior to joining Thorney, Bronson worked as a Civil Engineer for over 10 years for a top tier contractor on major projects across Australia and internationally on a world-class shopping centre project in London.
His appointment to the Board of Lambert Capital Investment Management recognises the strategic importance and support of Thorney as both a shareholder in the Investment Manager and cornerstone investor in the Lambert Capital Property Credit Fund.
Bronson has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) from the University of Melbourne.
Jack Rosen
COMPLIANCE & Investment Committee Member
Jack is an integral member of the Lambert Capital team and is responsible for overseeing ongoing compliance and handling in-house legal matters.
Jack’s career in the legal profession spans several decades as a leading Litigation Lawyer and for the past 20+ years, Jack has also managed a large commercial property portfolio for the Rosen Group (including commercial and residential developments).
Over recent times, the Rosen Group has co-invested in many loans with Lambert Capital and today is both a shareholder in the Investment Manager - Lambert Capital Investment Management, and major unitholder (~$20 million) within the Lambert Capital Property Credit Fund.
Jack was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1972.
Michael Mammen
Non-Executive Director
Michael is a welcome addition to the Board of Lambert Capital Investment Management, having been consistently recognised by his peers as a leading Property Lawyer in Australia.
He was a Senior Partner at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers in their Real Estate and Projects team. Michael has ~20 years’ experience as a Property Lawyer, and specialises in providing straightforward, clear and commercial advice on residential, commercial and mixed-use property development, as well as the creation and establishment of structures for funding and undertaking property development.
Michael works with all parties involved in the property development industry – developers (private and publicly listed), vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants, managers, agents, consultants and advisors.
Michael has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University and is regularly named in Best Lawyers Australia for Real Property Law.
Robert Payne
Independent External Trustee & Compliance
Robert is the Managing Director of Guildfords, and chairs the monthly Compliance Meeting for Lambert Capital Investment Management Pty Ltd.
He has considerable experience in corporate governance and compliance management (Wholesale and Retail Managed Investment Schemes).
Robert’s financial experience advising on and dealing in corporate financial strategies, regulatory submissions, AFS licenses, and mergers & acquisitions, together with his extensive experience in private and public equity transactions compliments the ongoing corporate governance of the Lambert Capital Property Credit Fund.
Robert has Bachelor of Science (Honours), Ph.D. from La Trobe University, Exec MBA/PMD from Harvard Business School and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Licensing Management.
