These investment offerings have been subject to our due diligence, credit approval and ongoing loan management processes; and are strictly for Wholesale Clients only.

Investors have been able to co-invest in a range of structured funding solutions including debt and equity via first mortgages, mezzanine debt, preferred equity and joint venture equity investments.

Investments have provided safe, secured, risk-adjusted returns, and Lambert Capital has enhanced that offering via the Lambert Capital Property Credit Fund.
